What you need to do for Rental Properties:
1) Submit to us the details of your property like location, project (if under a developer), size, asking price and pictures. If you don't have one we will ask for an appointment with you or with your caretaker to take quality pictures.
2) We will do the advertising and promotion at our expense. You will only pay us when the rental transaction is consummated based on our STANDARD FEES. 
3) If we have interested clients, we will ask for viewing appointment. We will be there to assist, just send your representative to open or show the property. You have the option to entrust to us the keys if you are comfortable with it and have problems with your representative's schedule. We are advising unit owners in condominium projects to endorse us to building administration office for permission to enter and show the property. 
4) We will do the contract preparation, assist in signing, notarization and endorsement to building administration. We can also do the collection of security deposit, advance rent and post dated checks for monthly amortization (if there is any). We will also assist in moving in and moving out of your tenant/s.
5) We also do some background checking of the prospective tenants and will assist in submission of their requirements for building administration compliance. 

We are working beyond normal office hours, we also accept schedules on weekends if necessary.
